Return Policy

If you would like to make a return, simply postmark the item(s) for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds are only applicable to returned merchandise - original shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must be in salable condition. Any defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with the software (and you bought the download version of the software from The Virtual Software Store), just send an email to sales@virtualsoftware.com with your order id number and they will refund the full purchase price. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of purchase.
