Record Tape Measurements Help
The Tape Measurement screen allows you to enter and store your tape measurements for bicep, forearm (men) or hip (women), chest, waist, neck, calf, and thigh. You can also update or delete a previously entered tape measurement record.
Recording a New Tape Measurement Record
At the top of the screen, enter the date of measurement next to 'enter a new tape measurement date'. If the box is disabled, select [Add New Record] from the existing tape measurement date drop down menu.
Enter your measurements in the tape measurements box. To save your measurements, click on the save icon at the top of the screen.
Updating an Existing Tape Measurement Record
Select an existing tape measurement date from the drop down menu. You can change the information in the tape measurements box and then click on the save icon at the top of the screen.
Deleting a Tape Measurement Record
Select an existing tape measurement date from the drop down menu. Click on the delete icon at the top of the screen. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete that record. Click on 'yes' and the selected tape measurement record will be deleted from Body Tracker.
