Graphing Help

The graphing screen allows you to graph your measurements so you can see your progress over time.

Step One - "Select type of graph"

Select the type of graph you would like to display from the drop down menu.

If you select "Exercise", then another drop down menu will appear titled "Select Exercise". Select the type of exercise you would like to display from the drop down menu.

Step Two - "Select data to graph"

Select the data you would like to include in the graph. You can choose as few or as many items as your want.

If you select "Exercise" or "Cardio" from Step One, then another drop down menu will appear titled "Select type of attribute". Select the type of attribute you would like to display from the drop down menu.

Step Three - "Select Date Range"Select 'From' and 'To' dates for the range of records you want to graph. The 'From' date defaults to the earliest saved date.

Step Four - "Update Graph"

Click on the 'Update Graph' icon at the top of the screen.

Step Five - "Print Screen" or "Export"

Click on the Print icon at the top of the screen to print the current graph that is displayed. Another way to print the graph is to export the graph to file first then open the file in Microsoft Word or WordPad and print.
