Record Blood Pressure Help
The blood pressure screen allows you to record and save your systolic, diastolic, and pulse rate, as well as record notes for each measurement. You can also update or delete a previously recorded blood pressure measurement.
Record a New Blood Pressure Measurement
At the top of the screen, enter the date of measurement next to 'enter a new blood pressure date'. If the box is disabled, select [Add New Record] from the existing blood pressure date drop down menu.
In the 'Record your blood pressure' box, enter the time, systolic measurement, diastolic measurement, pulse rate, and any notes you want to to record regarding your measurements. Then click on the save icon at the top of the screen.
Updating an Existing Blood Pressure Measurement
Select a blood pressure measurement date from the drop down menu. You can change the information in the 'Record your blood pressure' box and then click on the save icon at the top of the screen.
Deleting a Blood Pressure Record
Select an existing blood pressure measurement date from the drop down menu. Click on the delete icon at the top of the screen. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete that record. Click on 'yes' and the selected blood pressure measurement record will be deleted form Body Tracker.
